Hello guys,

Today is our third day of practice and our material is still the same as before which is still a croissant and we are still learning to make the results can be as we expected, and when I just arrived I immediately made the dough for croissants and as usual the dough that I make it manually instead of using mixing dough, and today we can make croissants with color variants that we like.

 

 

And today we not only made croissants, but my great group of friends made a different type, we created a mixture of croissants into several types of bread and after our croissants were baked thank God the croissants that our group made were successful again and today we are also told to make tarlets. because tarlet is our material after croissants and tomorrow we will go into tarlet material
