DAILY ACTIVITY
15th february 2018
Hallo guys,
Today is the last day we are practice in this week and in this week we are practice make breakfast menu, strating from continental breakfast, english breakfast, and indonesian breakfast, and today we make buffet and that consisting of fried rice, fried noodles, chicken porridge, satay, chicken taliwang, fruits slice,and also we make croissant and soft roll.And like yesterday, today i come in campus at 07.00, but today is rain and that make me boring but that can not make me lazy for go to campus, when i come to campus i'm join with my friends for waiting our senior come.
After that we went straight into the kitchen and one line for absent and after that we are waiting chef aldino come and while waiting chef aldino come i and my frinds prepare chop garlic for fried rice and fried noodles, and after chef aldino come i'm rejoined with my friends for one line, and after that chef aldino give to us some direction before we are make our produk and after that we are make our produk for today, and today my group make chicken porridge and another group make another menu, maybe you can see this pictures,
and after we make chicken porridge and another group finish makeproduk we are serving that to restaurant ,and today i'm so happy because i get kupon for table minor, this is the pictures in restaurant,
and after that i and my friends who get a kupon and we went go to restaurant for table minor, in restaurant we are meet mrs. lucy and mr.oliver and we are talk with mrs.lucy, and that my first time i talk to tourist and i'm so happy because mrs. lucy talk to me my english is good.
After we are table minor in restaurant we are back to kitchen for rejoined with my friends in kitchen, and after that i and my friends that of from restaurant wash utensil, and after that we are eat together and that make us so happy because in yesterday we don't take a break and today alhamdulillah we are take a break, and after that chef ical talk to us general cleaning star in 14.00 and we are waiting for general cleaning, and after 14.00 we are go to kitchen and today hotel administration join with us for general cleaning and they are very help because today is massive general cleaning, and afterwe are general cleaning we are one line in front of the kitchen for lesson direction from chef ical and chef ical say my class is first for go to training and it made us happy but a little scared because we are the first, and after that we are take a pray and go home.
