Hallo guys,
Meet again with me in my daily activity in ttge practical week, today i am going to campus 07.30, but today i am so lazy because when i on my way to campus suddenly it rains, and i took shelter in the asrama parking area, and i wait until rains stop, but rains not stop and i was forced to go with an umbrella with my friends because the clock is already showing at 08.00, and in kitchen just a few my friends is coming, and we wait until our friends come and our supervisor come before we are enter to the kitchen, and not for long our friends and supervisor come, and we are one line in front of the kitchen and our supervisor check our grooming and our tools before enter to the kitchen.
Today we will prepare for tomorrow, and today we prepare menu rotasi 1.1 which consist of appetizer, soup, mains course, and dessert, and before we prepare chef Aldino explain what we will do today and he make 4 group, and i in group 3 and we will prepare for mains course, main course which consist of beef stew, zucchinni saute provencale, and baked potatoe, and this the pictures what we prepare today,
this picture is potato for baked potato, first you must peel the potato and after that soak in salt water, and after that wrap with alumunium foil like in this pictures,
and this pictures is brown stock for beef stew, and ingridients for brown stock consist of water, beef bone, carrot, onion, selery, garlic, and tomato paste, first cut the mirepoix consist of anion, carrot, and selery, and after that saute garlic and the mirepoix and saute onion which is only for two, and after thatboiul the water and input the all vegetable and bouqet garnie, and wait until boiled and simmer that brown stock.
And group 1 prepare for appetizer, group 2 prepare for soup, adn group 4 prepare for dessert, same like previous practice today we not break we just break for sholat, and after my group and another group finish to prepare the menu for tomorrow, and we all tke our prepare into chiller for use tomorrow, and after that we are one line again for lesson direction from our supervisor before general cleaning, and after that we are general cleaning and after general cleaning is done we wait our supervisor for give our dirrection before going home and after that we take a pray and go home, and today we go home in 19.00.
