Meet again with me on the third day in this practical week, and today i am go to campus in 07.40 and i go to campus alone bacause my friends is gina first to campus and he not wait me, when i come to campus i and my friends wait our another friends and our senior and when they are all come we are one line in front of the kitchen same like yesterdey check our grooming and absent before enter to the kitchen and after we are in the kitchen we are put our bag in loker and we are put our toll bag, and after that we are one line again for take a pray and after that our supervisor ask to our what we will make today and our supervisor ask what we are prepare yesterday and when supervisor give to us some direction,chef ical come and he taking of for give our some direction.
After chef ical give our some direction we are taking of the ingridients from chiller and today my group will make minestrone soup, and after we make minestrone soup we wait chef aldino because we must ask to him steps for makethat soup, and after chefaldino come we askto her what will we do first, and first i make tomato sauce and the ingridients for tomato sauce is chop garlic, chop onion, and phell tomato, and i will explain how tomake that tomato sauce.
first saute garlic and onion until that colour is brown an after that colour is brown add phell tomato and stir that tomato sauce and after that add yhe seasoning consist of salt, paper, and the herbs is oregano and basil and after that reduce that sauce until cooked.
and the next steps is make that soup, first saute garlic and onion in stock pot and after that add carrot and potato and then add brown stock and after that insert the tomato sauce and after that add red beans, white beans, and carbanzo beans, and add macaroni and for the herb is oregano, and for the seasoning is salt and papper and stir that soup and after that simmer that sauce.
and that soup is ready to srve in restaurant, and adter that soup finish we are wait until restaurant open and after restaurant open we serve that soup.
and after restaurant close we are prepare for tomorrow and tomorrow we will make appetizer consist of sambal ulang-ulang and sambal kenari.
and after we prepare we are go out from kitchen for eat some food and after we are eat we are do general cleaning and after weare finish for general cleaning we are one line again in front of the kitchen for going to home and after that we are take a pray and we are going home.
