Hallo guys,
Today is the fourth day amnd last day we are practical and today same like yesterday i go to campus at 07.30 and i am not go to the kitchen first because i go to the cafetaria for breakfast, and after i am breakfast i am go to the kitchen, and after i am in kitchen my friends ready for one line and i imeadiatly for joined with my friends for one line, same like yesterday our senior absent and check our grooming and tools before enter to the kitchen and after we are enter to kitchen we are put our bag first and ine line in kitchen for take a pray and lesson dirrection from senior.
Today my group will make appetizer and that appetizer is name sambal ulang ulang and fo the dressing is sambal kenari and for the ingridients sambal ulang ulang consist of eggplant, cabbage, cucumber, bean sprouts, grean beans, birds chili, and for the seasoning is salt, and for the dressing is sambal kenari the ingridents consist of almond, tomato, shallots, and birds chili and for the seasoning is salt, sugar and lime juice and for the egpgplant and cucumber cut juliene and for the cabbage cut shraded, and for the for the green beans cut into 2 cm long.
I will explain how to make sambalkenari, first put the shallots, tomato, and chili in the sit pan and after that rub a little oil to the ingridients and after that put into oven and bake until the colour is pale, and after that put of that ingridients and cooling down, and after that mix that all ingridients in rock mortar until all ingridients mix weel.
and after that ingridients mix put thatsambal in bowl, and next make sambal ulang-ulang, first blanch all vegetable like eggplant, cabbage, and green beans.
and after all vegetable are blanch put the vegetablein chiller to stay cool, and after that for make sambal ulang ulang mix all vegetable and add the dressing and mix untill well and put in the platting and sambal ulang ulang ready to serve.
and after that i am go to restaurant because today i am table minor, after restaurant open we are enter to restaurant and waiting the product from kitchen out, and after i eat in restaurant we back to kitchen for join with my friends again and after that we are break for few minutes and after that we are GC and after we are GC we are one line again for lesson some direction from chef ical and after that we are take a pray and go to home.
