Hallo guys,
Met again with me in my blog in third practical week and today i go to campus at 07.30 and today i go to campus alone, when i'm arrived in kitchen ijoin with my friends for wait our friends arrive and our supervisor, and when they are all come we are use our atribute before one line, and after that we are one line and our supervisor check our grooming and our tools before enter in kitchen.
After we are in kitchen we are put our bag in loker and our tool, and after that we are one line and our supervisor give to us some dirrection and when our supervisor give us dirrection, chef aldyno come and taking of for give our direction, and chef aldyno explain what we will do for prepare today, and today my group make dessert and that consist of Baked Custard Tart and Brioche, and after chef aldyno explain what we will prepare today we are doing for prepare,and this pictures what we prepare today,
and today we not just prepare but we make Baked Custard Tart and after that finish we put that in chiller and tomorrow we just cut and put the garnish before serve in restaurant, and for the Brioche we just prepare the dough and after that we put that dough in chiller and tomorrow we will make that.
And after we finish for prepare, chef aldyno talk to us for GC and we are do general cleaning abd i am cleaning in pastry because my group prepare in pastry and after i'm finish for clean in pastry i go out for sit down, but we have problem in main kitchen because no one clean the drainase and that make chef Faisal angry, and we are almost GC twice.
