DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION)

Assalamualaikum wr wb,
Hallu guys,

Today is the second day we are practical in this practical week and today we are make produk for serve in restaurant, and today i go to campus still like yesterday 07.30, an=nd when i am arrived in campus i join with my friends for wait our another friends and  when they are came we are stand for one line and same like yesterday for absent and check grooming and tools, and when we are enter to the kitchen we are put our bag in loker and we are put our tool bag in main kitchen, and after that we are stand for one line again in main kitchen for take a pray and lesson dirrection from supervisor.

After we are one line our supervisor ask to us what we will do today and wea are answer taht question for supervisor and after that we are wait chef aldyno because he will showing to my group how to muld the Brioche, and after chef aldyno came he showing to us how to make that, and my friends repeat again for make that Brioche, and today i am take  table minor with my another friends and after restaurant open we are go there, in restaurant we are eat what we make today, and today my group still hendled Dessert, and this the pictures

And after  i finish for table minor i am back to kitchen for Prepare for menu rotasi 1.2 for tomorrow and my group will make shrimp bisque and that a soup, and today we prepare what we will prepare, today we not prepare much ingridients because tomorrow we will prepare again before doing, and this is the pictures what we prpare today,

And after we are prepare we are eat first and after that we are do general cleaning and my section for general cleaning in pastry again because nothing man in pastry so i and my supervisor taking of for cleaning in pastry, and after we are done for GC we are take a rest for few minutes and after that we are stand for one line before go home and today sir jaya taking of for give to us some direction before going home.
