Today is the third day in practical week and today me make menu rotasi 1.1, and today i am go to campus in 07.50,i am late because in outside is rain and that make me late for go to campus, when i came to kitchen i am join with my friends for waiting our friends for came and today my friends came late because rain, and after they are came we are use our atribute and stand for one line and for absent and check our tools and grooming, and after that we are enter in kitchen and put our bag in loker and we are put our tool bag in main kitchen.
And when we are in kitchen we are stand for one line again for take a pray and we are lesson dirrection from our supervisor and each of group explain what we are will make today, and today my group will make Shrimp Bisque and thats is soup,and after we are explain what we will make today we are go to our section for doing, and our group put of the ingridients from the chiller, and this the pictures from that ingridients

and after we are put of that ingridients from the chiller we are make that soup and mix that all ingridients and when we are make that soupwe are think that soup will fail because that soup not becoming thick and after we are reduce and simmer that soup finally that soup becoming thick, and after that soupfinish we prepare that soup for serve to restaurant and we wait order from restaurant, and when restaurant open we are platting that soup into the soup plate.
After restaurant close we are keep the leftovers fr we eat later when we are finish prepare for menu tomorrow, and after that we are prepare for menu tomorrow and tomorrow we will make appetizer and that appetizer is name Macedoine Of Vegetable Mayonnaise, and for today we are prepare for the vegetable and also we make mayonnaise, and after we are finish for prepare we are general cleaning and after we are GC we are out from kitchen and we are eat together.
