Today is the last day we are practical on this week, and today i am went to campus at 07.30, and after i came to kitchen i am join with my friends same like yesterday we are wait our another friends and after they are came we are use our atribute before enter to the kitchen, and after we are use our atribute we are stand for one line for absent and check our groominh and tools and after that we are enter to the kitchen and after we are in kitchen we are put our bag in loker and our tools in main kitchen, and after that we are stand for one line again for lesson some dirrection from our senior before we are doing, and after we are lesson dirrection from senior we are doing.
And today my group would make Appetizer and that appetizer is name Macedoine Of Vegetable Mayonnaise, and and then we are wait until restaurant open because we will plating that appetizer if restaurant open, and after restaurant open we are platting that appetizer and serve to restaurant, and today i am went to restaurant again for table minor, and after i am finish for table minor i am back to kitchen, for doing General Cleaning. and this the pictures of our produk today.
And after that we are GC and after we are GC we are goout from kitchen and today we are very fast GC because today we are not prepare because tomorrow is ekstrakulikuler day, so today we are not prepare for tomorrow, and this week is the last week we are practical in the middle semester, so in next week we are will middle examination semester, and after we are finish for GC we are eat together again same like yesterday, and after that we are one line and go home.
