Assalamualaikumwrwb,
Hallo guys,
Today is we are middle test for this semester, and before i am tell to you are what i do today i will talk to all of you what i do in yesterday, yesterday i go to kampus and actually in kitchen for prepare the inggridients that we will use today, and that ingridients like vegetable and yesterday we make sambal like coconut sambal,tomto sambal and today we make main course and that main course is name Bebek menyatnyat with plecing sayur and Nasi putih.
I go to campus at 07.00, we must in kitchen very early because we must make our produk is very early too and after i came in kitchen i am enter to kitchen for check list for all chiller and freezer in kitchen, and after that i am wait my friend came too,and ater we are all came or my group came, and after that we make our produk because at 11.00 our product must finish and ready to serve, and after clok at 11.00 we are platting and after that one of section go to retaurant and bring the product and explain in there, and after that we are ready for platting our produk for serve to restaurant, this the pictures of tour produk today,
After restaurant close we are clean our section and after that we are out from kitchen for eat and after that i go to the steward area for clean the utensil, and after that we are wait our friends and they are prepare for they are produk tomorrow, and after they are finish for prepare my friends GC in main kitchen, and after they are finish for prepare my group oneline for lesson dirrection from chef aldyno and after that we are go home.
