Today is the second day we are practicalin this week, and today we will make japanesse food when yesterday we have done to prepare the ingridients, and today i go to campus at 07.30 and when i came in kitchen i join with my friends for wait our another friends and our supervisor, adn when our another friends and our supervisor came to, we are use our grooming and one line in front of the kitchen, and after that our senior absent we are one by one and check our tool and our grooming, and after that we are enter to the kitchen.
In kitchen we are one line for take a pray before doing today and after that we are lesson some dirrection from our supervisor and after that our supervisor told to us for doing and we are go to our section for doing, and i and my group put of our ingridients from the chiller and afterwe serve chef aldyno showing to us how to make that sushi, and after that my group make that sushi, and i and my friends handle for make Nigiri, andanother friends from my group handle for make another sushi,and before restaurant open i prepare chicken stock for use tomorrow,

After we are finish make our produk today and prepare we are do general cleaning and after we are finish for general cleaning we are wait until the floor in kitchen weet, and we are wait in outside kitchen and after we are wait so long finally we are one line and we are take a pray before going to home.
