Assalamualaikum wr wb,
Hallo guys,
Today is the third day we are practical in this week and
today we will make menu rotasi II.1 when yesterday we have done to prepare the ingridients, and
today I go to campus at 07.40 and when I came in kitchen I join with my friends
for wait our friends and our supervisor, and when our friends and our
supervisorcame, we are use our attribute and after that we are one line and
after that our supervisor check our tools one by one, and after our supervisor
check our tools we are enter to the kitchen.
In kitchen we are one line for take a pray before doing
today and after that our supervisor gave to us some direction and after that we
are doing and after that chef aldyno came and we are one line again for lesson
direction from chef, and he explain what we will prepare today for tomorrow,
and after that we are doing again and today my group make traditional egg drop
soup, and after that we are go to our station for make our produk and chef
aldyno explain to us how to make that soup, and after that soup is done we are
platting that ssoup in soup bowland after that my friends go to restaurant for explain
the produk today, and after that we are wait until restaurant open,

We are prepare for produk tomorrow and tomorrow we will
make menu rotasi II.2, after we are finish make our produk and restaurant close
we are GC and today I am steward, and after we are GC we are go out from
kitchen and we are take a rest in outside and did not last long we are wait
finally we are one line and lesson some direction from chef faisal and after
that we are take a pray and go home.
