Today
is the alst day we practical in one week after Mid test. Today i came in
campus earlier because this is information from Mr. Faizal for came at 07.00 .
When we arrived we waiting until at 08.00 am after that we prepared for
checking tools and grooming then we put bag in the locker. After that we
oneline again while wating chef Aldino we got from senior. We got a
little directions on what should be do on practice and we should complete
all tools every day practice.
After
that we start to practice, the first we do a take out all prepared yesterday,
next we prepared all ingredients for made a dressing like a gingger,
garlic, lemongrass, soy sauce, coriander leaf, shallot and salt. How
to made a dressing is grill garlic and ginger and chop, and chop coriander
leaf, slice shallow and gived a chilli powder in the bowl and then put
ginge r and garlic then gived a soy sauce and gived too lime juice end
then seasoning with salt and the last gived a palm sugar. And we cut
cabbager.
After
that chef Aldino show a plating apptizer for today. First mix a cucumber, corn,
cabbage and thai fish sauce and plating on top plate with cucumber and corn and
gived beef and garnish with tomato. After that we see chef Aldino show plating
from soup until dessert. At 12.00 am open restaurant, today many my group
was do table manner so we very taired but many my friend to helped my group. At
13.30 am do general cleaning. After that we break and oneline for pray
before back to home.
