Today is one day in the last week
before final. Today i came in campus at 07.35 and arrived at 07.45. After that
we prepare for enter the kitchen, before we was do checking presence and then
we put the bag in the locker. After that we oneline and got a explain from Mr.
jayadi about menu today is menu rotasi 2.1. Today my group got a section
apptizer is chinese spinach and peanut salad.
Today we was prepared ingredient is spinach and peanut. For spinach we just
clean and keep it on chiller. After that we clean a peanut, the peanut just
fried until mature. And then we roast ginger and garlic for dressing
tomorrow. the ingredient that we prepared for dressing like a sugar, salt,
sesamed and sesamed oil.
After that we made a sunny set up and turn over which chef Aldino commad, we
made a sunny set up and turn over use egg max just 4 egg. For tomorrow we made
a ommelet and for egg same like a today karena we just practical 3 day and 1
day we just prepared. After that we break 1 hours, after we back we do general
cleaning and at 15.00 pm we done. After that we waiting time for back to home,
before we got a explain from Mr. jayadi and then we pray fro back to home.
