Holaa My friend,
Today is last day practical before final. I want to tell about activity in the kithen. I came at 07.25 and arrived 07.35, after that we prepare before enter the kitchen, before it we checking tools and we put the bag in the locker. After that we oneline for pray before practical. And then we got a little explain from senior.
At 12.00 we open restaurant, iam table manner there is we not only enjoy the food but we swap stories when activities in kitchen. After that we back to kitchen and we do general cleaning and then we break and waiting timing for back to home.

After that we start practical. The first my group cooked
glutinous rice for dessert. End then we cooked a coconut milk for
sauce. After that we see senior plating menu dessert. Today we lack of
ingredient and the last we blend manggo for sauce. After that i see my
friend made a dressing for menu appetizer and main course.
