Today is the third day of our first practice week in this 5th semester, after yesterday we had Korean food products for us to sell and today the products are another group so my group today will make croissants, because the material given to we are also the material of croissants and if our croissants fail we will be told to run 3 rounds.
And we were divided into several groups, one group consisting of 2 people, I together with my great friend to make croissants, first we made the dough recipients and after we were profing the dough we first made the half recipi dough again and after our croissants became croissants the first failed because the oven was too hot so the batter shrank and the inside wasn't cooked.
Then we made the second croissant, thank God, it worked, but after we brought the croissant to Pak ical, he said on the inside it lacked folds or lacked the bubles so that we kept running, but my running and the grand in corting became 2 turns, and tomorrow morning after ical sir came we were told to run,
