Hello guys
Back again on my blog this week on practice, this is our second day of practice and after yesterday free class and just working on sacrificial meat, today we have entered into practice material again and the material is still the same as the previous week's practice material which is croissants, we still making croissants because the previous weeks we made croissants were not perfect yet so we are still repeating this week and our material this week is croissants and we will continue to make it until it works.

Today our croissants are not perfect and not as expected and as usual if our
croissants fail we will be punished and it looks like tomorrow we will run, but
tomorrow we will still make croissants until the results are as expected and so
we don't run away again.
