On the last day of practice this week we still make Croissants like the previous days. My group of friends and I returned to make croissants as before, as usual I prepare the ingredients in advance and mix them and after I have mixed the ingredients until the first resting stage. After that, my new friend continues the next step, from rolling to folding the dough . Today sir ical showed us his techniques and thank God the croissants we made were successful and only 2 groups of croissants succeeded in this and after struggling to make croissants for 2 weeks today there were only those who succeeded and today we did not run .

Today we were also told to continue the 3rd semester's products, which are
buffets because they were told to go home because they made mistakes in the
kitchen so Pak ical drove them out of the kitchen, so we continued their
products and served them in the restaurant.
