Hello guysBack again at my daily activity and today is the last day of practice this week, today our practice materials are still croissants and tarlets. As usual we come to the kitchen at 7 in the morning and if we come past from 7 we will be at kindergarten and if the late don't want it they will have to pick up plastic trash.
As usual, I immediately made croissant dough and immediately saved the dough in
the chiller for later use, after my group of friends came we immediately proceeded
to make croissants and also today we made tarlets and alahamdulillah croissants
and tarlets that we made today were successful.
