Halo guys,
Meet again at my daily activity on the first day of
this practice week and after completing the mid test for two weeks, we finally
returned to practicing in the kitchen as usual. This morning our activity began
with general cleaning of all parts of the kitchen like we always do on Friday.
We also share the task of cleaning each area, and it did not take long for us
to complete everything for 1 hour.
After that, we were given direction to do oneline
for group division. The purpose of forming a new group is because our lecturer
is holding a Lobster Platter competition, and the group that wins will get a
prize of Rp. 400,000. So, after we finish making the lobster dish, we have to
take a picture as good as possible, then the photo will be uploaded on the
Makassar Poltekpar Instagram account, and the photo with the most likes will be
the winner. We were also told that this week we will make Bakpia.
Our group held discussions and searched for references in the kitchen mini library, and we decided to use the concept of traditional flavors but have a western look, using Tuturuga sauce from Manado for our lobster menu. Fyi, the competition will be held tomorrow, so today we only prepare sauce, garnish and clean lobster. Next, we returned to general cleaning and returned to our homes at 19.30.
