DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION) #19


Assalamualaikum Warohmatullahi Wabarokatuh,
Hallo guys

Back again at my daily activity today and still with the same story every day and information about what I am doing today, after making fermented pots the day before, this morning my group again tried to make Apang Paranggi, when the process of baking our dough had expanded and it blooms, but when we get it out of our Apang oven it becomes stubborn, and the results are the same as yesterday. Since no group has succeeded in making Apang, the production was stopped this week because the supply of rice flour had run out.

    




For today's menu, the Gelato that I made yesterday was refined using a food processor so that the texture is softer. Then we made Puff Pastry for Egg Tart, where the filling was added with sticky tape. Besides that, we also make Chips Tape as garnish. Fyi, initially we were going to make Mochi, but it turned out that our menu was the same as one of the other groups, so we decided to change the menu.


When all the components were ready, we plastered our menus, then took them to the office to be shown to the lecturers. After trying it, the lecturer said that our Gelato was good, while the Egg Tart was a little undercooked and didn't taste right. We were told that the current menu must have attractive colors, good taste, suitable texture, easy to make and can be taken away. We were also told to look for other references that match the characteristics of the current menu. And my group will try to make a new menu tomorrow. As usual, after the practice was over we did general cleaning, then rested and returned to our respective homes.
