DAILY ACTIVITY (ENGLISH VERSION) #20


Assalamualaikum Warohmatullahi Wabarokatuh,
Hallo guys

Today I will tell about my activities for one day and still continue from yesterday's practice. My group returned to make a present menu, and we decided to make a Bombolini or Italian donut filled with various kinds of cream or jam. But this time we used cream and jelly from sticky tape as the filling. When we showed it to the lecturer, he said that we had to replace the contents with sticky custard cream tape. So I made it and after that our current menu was declared successful, thank God.

    

In addition to making products from tape, this week we were also told to make Mille Crepes Cake which has a traditional cake flavor. Fyi, Mille Crepes Cake is a thin pancake that is stacked into several layers, where each layer is given a spread of cream. There are several menu choices prepared by our lecturers, including Sikaporo, Barongko, Pallu Butung, Cendol and Katiri 'Sala. Our group got the Pallu Butung menu, and we were free to create the taste and appearance.

The concept we use is making coconut milk pancakes, making Pallu Butung sauce in general but added with whip cream and DHT syrup, as well as pieces of steamed sweet bananas sprinkled on each layer. Today we just finished our Mille Crepes Cake to the layering stage, while we will do the garnishing process tomorrow. After finishing, we clean our work area and return to our homes.
