Hallo guys
Today back again with me at the daily activity and still continuing with yesterday's activity and after storing Mille Crepes Cake overnight in the freezer, this morning we tidied the edges and continued with the garnish process. We use DHT sauce, coconut milk sauce and caramelized banana as components for finishing. As usual, after finishing we bring it to the lecturer for the assessment process. And he said that the appearance of our Mille Crepes Cake was not very interesting and our concept was not perfect. Apparently, Mille Crepes Cake from each group will be taken to the exhibition at the Makassar Celebes Convention Center building.

Because of
the exhibition, I and some of my friends were told to make some products that
will be brought tomorrow, such as Croissants, Layered Cake, Cup Cake and
Madeleine Cake. In addition, I was also instructed by a lecturer to make
Bombolini with vanilla custard cream and green tea. After all the practical
activities and general cleaning were finished, we went home.
